Profile

I am a Clinical Teaching Fellow working in the Clinical and Communications Skills Unit (CCSU).  This is an annual recurring post for Junior Doctors with an interest in medical education. I am directly involved in the creation and delivery of clinical and communication skills teaching to Medical Students in years 1-5, with a particular focus on examination and procedural skills. This role also includes Simulation teaching.

This is a well-supported role with the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of medical education. I have been involved in PBL; anatomy and lecture-based teaching in the wider Medical School.

I am an FY3 junior doctor with a keen interest in Geriatric & General Medicine as well as education. I am currently working clinically at the Royal London Hospital in the Trauma & Perioperative Older Persons Service. Through my role in the University, I am also studying for a PGCert in Medical Education.
