Elspeth is medical educator, honorary consultant gastroenterologist, and EMCC-accredited executive coach. She has held senior leadership roles in clinical services and medical education at QMUL, Barts Heath, regionally and nationally. She is currently Clinical Lead for the Academy of Clinical Educators, supporting and recognising clinical teachers across primary and secondary care. She is committed to developing inclusive teams and fostering compassionate, high-quality care through her faculty development work.
