Students, staff, and visitors can access a range of internet, computer, and printer services across all Queen Mary University of London Libraries.
Library Staff are available to answer any queries.
PCs in the Library
Workstation PCs are located across all Library Services buildings, provided by Queen Mary IT Services. These computers are available for use by Queen Mary Students and Staff only and are accessed by using your Queen Mary IT account login.
Contact the IT Service Desk with any queries regarding your IT account.
Printing, Scanning, and Photocopying
Printers are available across all Library Services buildings. These offer printing, scanning, and photocopying options.
Printing jobs can be sent to printers from a workstation PC in any Library Services building by choosing the Print option, or from any personal device via the WebPrint option on the MyPrint Portal.
Scans are automatically sent from the printer to your university email.
Queen Mary University Students and Staff members use their University ID to access the printers or log in manually using their IT account details.
Visitors can purchase Photocopying cards via the Library Services E-Shop and collect them from the Library’s Welcome Desk (Mile End and Whitechapel campuses only).

All students should have £10.00 of credit attached to their printing account at the beginning of each academic year. Please contact the IT Service Desk for any queries relating to your print credit. You can view and top up your print credit via the MyPrint Portal.

Wireless Network
Eduroam
Eduroam is a service that allows users of different institutions to gain wireless access at any other organisation taking part in the scheme by using the username and password issued by their home institution (for Queen Mary students and staff, your username will be your e-mail address).
QM Visitor
Visitors with no Eduroam access can use the free wireless network QM Visitor, which is available across Queen Mary campuses.
