- EndNote is a personal bibliographic management system.
- It is designed to help you build your own library of references to a wide range of sources such as books, journal articles and conference proceedings.
- The software can produce bibliographies of your references in any style of your choice.
- EndNote also works alongside Microsoft Word allowing you to insert references while you write your paper.
- EndNote works on both Macs and PCs.
- There are two versions of EndNote:
- EndNote for the desktop This is installed on your computer from a CD. Note that it is not available on the Teaching Service network.
- EndNote Web This is available on the web, so no installation on your computer is required.
