Who needs to register?
All attendees at the conference should register, including those that are not presenting.
Registration process
Participants can start registering for the conference and proceed to the payment of the fees as soon as the registration and payment page goes live, and will remain open until 31st March.
Presenters can complete registration and payment after receiving confirmation of abstract acceptance. They will be asked to enter the unique submission ID attached to the accepted abstract when purchasing a presenter ticket.
Non-presenting participants can start registering to the conference and proceed to the payment of the fees as soon as the registration and payment portals will go live.
All attendees will also be asked their dietary preferences during registration.
Refund Policy
Refund requests can be made until three weeks before the conference. No refund requests received after 31 March 2027 will be accepted and requests will be processed soon after the conference ends. To initiate a refund, please completing our refund form.
