How will personal information be protected?

Health Legacy and the study Sponsor and Data Controller, Queen Mary University of London, will be responsible for keeping all study information and samples safe and secure, and we take this responsibility extremely seriously.

We will work in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Caldicott Principles, the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care, and the conditions of Research Ethics Committee Approval to make sure that everyone’s participation is kept confidential.
