The module provides students with the opportunity to consider in detail the drafting and analysis of commercial agreements in fashion, including distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and manufacturing. Students will gain experience in analysing clauses, drafting skills, and contractual mechanisms for implementing brand strategy.
