This module is designed as an introduction to the application of technology, specifically web technology, in language education. Providing a balance of theory and practice, it equips students with the knowledge and skills to make enhanced use of computers in their studies and research activities. The module covers key concepts in the use of digital technologies for language learning, as well as providing practical experience in the creation of web-based materials using a variety of computer applications, including elementary coding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
