This module equips learners with the skills required to be successful reflective practitioners in the field of technology. It aims to develop the capacity to reflect and learn from experience, build self-awareness, and take ownership for continuous professional development. The module is taught through a combination of lectures, workshops, and group discussions. Topics will be based on key themes taken from the DTSP Degree Apprenticeship Standard as well as from the real-world experiences brought to class by participants.
