This module will focus on the generation and distribution of power from both renewable and traditional source and will focus on the state-of-the art technologies to generate transform and distribute electrical energy in a 'smart' fully-integrated setting. Particular attention will be dedicated to the resilience of the power generation set up in new 'smart' cities and new ways to integrate different traditional and renewable continuous vs intermittent power generation units.
