This 15-credit module builds upon knowledge and skills acquisition gained in Year 1 and continues to develop professionalism, teamworking, and social responsibility, with further development of the theme of complaints handling which will be integrated into Clinical Practice. Much of this module will be embedded into patient care, with some specific academic teaching in key
areas. Special Care Dentistry will become a key feature throughout this year and will continue through the year.
