Microeconomics for Managers provides an overview of economic theory, tools and quantitative methods applied in managerial decision making. The objective of the module is to provide students with insights from economic theory and apply microeconomics ideas and numerical methods to solve managerial and business problems. Topics covered include demand analysis, consumer theory, production, cost analysis, market structure (competitive market, monopolistic competition, monopoly, oligopoly) and game theory.
