Tell us your views of Library Services to win a prize!

A company called Alterline will administer the Your Library Survey and we want to hear your views on various aspects of the service and facilities. Whether you regularly visit a physical library or study space, or access resources and support online, your insights are vital to help us improve the service.    

✉️ Please check your Queen Mary email on Monday 2 November inviting you to take part in the survey. 

When will the survey run?

The survey is launching on Monday 2 November and will run for five weeks, until midnight Sunday 6 December.

How will I be invited to participate?  

You will receive a personal invitation to your Queen Mary email account from Alterline. The email will include a link to participate in the survey. Further reminder emails will be sent throughout the survey period.  

Is there an incentive for participating?

Yes, as a thank you for taking part, you can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £25 vouchers.

Are responses to the survey anonymous?  

Yes, all responses will be anonymised. Your name and University email address have been provided only for the purpose of inviting you to participate. User data and responses will be held and processed in line with University requirements for data management and privacy.  

What happens next?  

Once the survey has closed, Library Services will share the outcomes with staff and students and will use the feedback to make improvements to the service that enhance the experience of all our staff and students.
