Profile

I am a bioinformatician working under Costantino Pitzalis and Myles Lewis in Experimental Medicine and Rheumatology. I have been working in bioinformatics since the second year of my PhD in Bioinformatics and Plant Molecular Biology in Cambridge, around 6 years ago.

I am interested in the development of personalised therapies for RA, autoimmune conditions, and other diseases using machine learning. I am developer of a number of R software packages for cluster analysis of omic data, for the aim of patient stratification and single cell RNA-seq analysis, available on the Bioconductor and CRAN. These are as follows:

M3C: https://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/M3C.html

Clusterlab: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/clusterlab/index.html
