Biography

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Department of Business Analytics and Applied Economics, School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London.  Prior to joining Queen Mary, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. I hold a dual-badge Ph.D. in Operations Management from a joint research program between the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India, and Monash University, Australia, along with a B.Tech. in Information Technology and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering & Management.

My research lies on the crossroads of supply chain planning, industry 4.0 technologies, and lean, with a special interest in digital supply chain twins, and sustainability. My research has been published among others in Computers in Industry, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Service Industries Journal, and Computers & Industrial Engineering.
