T4 Migration to the Cloud

We are now hosting the website on a cloud server, which will enhance performance, security and publishing of the website.

What does this mean for web editors?

  • The website is secure and monitored 24/7 from threats.
  • This will significantly improve the system performance for all T4 users
  • Publishing content is much quicker than before. Once a section/branch is published, all content is estimated to go live between 5-15 minutes.
  • Launching new websites will be much quicker.

How can I verify if a page has been published?

  1. Once a section/branch is published.
  2.  Select the notification button from the toolbar at the top (shown below).
  3. This displays the status of the published section.
    • In progress means its currently publishing to live.
    • Done means the content is live and displayed on the website.
  4. Once the publish is "Done" as shown below, visit and reload the webpage.
