Graduation from this course allows you to apply your knowledge directly to the field. It sets you up to work in research-focused positions such as a chemistry consultant, a molecular microbiologist or a conservation officer.

Most of our graduates are working in a range of medical and biomedical roles in hospitals and NHS Trusts, universities and within the wider healthcare sectors, whilst a number are undertaking further study or research. The average UK salary for a Blizard graduate fifteen months after graduation was £40,810.

Fifteen months after graduation, 96% of all our postgraduate taught students in employment or study were in highly skilled employment or further study (including PhDs). They were employed by a range of organisations in the UK and abroad including:
