Humans of Queen Mary introduces the many faces and voices that make up our University. Students, staff, alumni and friends share snapshots of their lives and what makes them unique.
The stories shared in our Humans of Queen Mary series feature the people of Queen Mary’s diverse community. Inspired by the long running Humans of New York series, Humans of Queen Mary is a growing collection of reflections on the individual lives that shape who we are as a university.
Contributors discuss their hobbies and interests, how they bond with friends and family, or what they do for their own wellbeing, as well as sharing personal stories of overcoming challenges and reflections on their place in the local and global communities.
