Queen Mary is investing in brand new study and social spaces for students in the Garrod Building at Whitechapel.
Queen Mary is investing in brand new spaces in the Garrod Building for study and social use. We're transforming this historic building to provide new spaces for our students to study, socialise and be active.
It will include a new café and bar, Hub Study and Social space, Fitness Studio, Multi-Faith facilities and other activity spaces.
This will replace the BLSA Building, which is the current home of Barts and The London Students' Association, which is due to be demolished shortly as part of the new Life Sciences Development at Whitechapel.
