Norul works closely with Teaching and Learning Manager, Director of Taught Programmes, Senior Tutor, and Administrative Officer to support students showing cause for concern through metrics that measure engagement and performance. Working alongside the Administrative Officer, Norul leads on the administration of the extenuating circumstances process within the School.
