This is the twenty-third annual colloquium of the Medieval Hispanic Research Seminar, located at the School of Languages, Linguistics and Film. It is a conference devoted to medieval Spain and Portugal and the foremost meeting of its kind in the United Kingdom. Delegates range from graduate students to professors with the majority coming from the United Kingdom and Spain with numbers from elsewhere in Europe and the United States. This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr Barry Taylor of The British Library.
