PHD in children's rights (University of Amsterdam). Founder of the International Journal of Children's Rights. Past-President of Defense for Children International in Geneva. Has been 17 years the Executive Director of DCI-Israel and promoted juvenile justice. Pioneered with joint civil society joint projects (with Palestinians). In the Netherlands coordinated project against child trafficking. Worked in addiction clinics and with homeless young people.
