Miss Kabukabu Laura Lisita

Passionate, dedicated, and diligent Child Rights Expert with 10 years of experience and counting, in teaching, training and research in the field of International Children's Rights Law, Public International Law, and International Human Rights Law. I completed my Ph.D. for the Degree Doctor of Laws with International Aspects of Law from the North-West University in South Africa in November of 2023. It examined the interlink between child labour and the child's education rights. Currently in my role as Independent Legal Consultant / Trainer / Researcher, I have trained judges, lawyers prosecutors, police officers, prison officers, legal advisors, local government authorities, bailiffs, and paralegals on Child Justice. I am committed to continuous learning and thus constantly upskilling my knowledge in child rights. At the same time, I actively pursue endeavors for collaboration with Institutional entities and individuals.
