Majd is looking at the impact of western and modern mechanisms on the behavior of corporations and investment in Saudi’s financial markets. She hopes by examining creditors protection practices and exploring the limited liability doctrine she will be able to uncover the issues that causes hesitation in investing in Saudi markets and find ways to overcome these flows.

Majd Fadel is a first year joint PhD student from the Business and Management school and the Law school in Queen Mary University of London. She is from Saudi Arabia. She received her LLM in 2016 from the University of Southern California in the United States where she studied Business Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University in 2014 where she majored in Law.
