IT Services manages a mobile phone contract for the College. We have a favourable contract with OGC (Office of Government Commerce) using the Vodafone network.

ITS will provide setup of your department's initial account. Your Department will be responsible for the payment of bills & for the receipt of the equipment & initial setup.

Support and advice for the equipment and any queries relating to billing should be directed to Vodafone. ITS will provide the appropriate contact details.

Price: Phone prices as per request catalogue. All phone devices cost includes:
PSN Mobile Worker Tariff for £5.00 per month:
calls to voicemail;
calls to national numbers (starting 01, 02, 03, 0845, 0870 and 0800);
calls to other UK mobiles;
calls to a Vodafone fixed link using a fixed link access code;
standard text messages

Additional costs for Data:
Windows/Android 500MG @ £5
3GB Mobile Broadband available @ £9 per month
5Gb Mobile Broadband available @ £12 per month
IPhone 1GB Data £7.23 per month -should you exceed 1GB you are charged 5p per megabyte – until you reach £4.25 you are then charged £4.25 for 250MB
Or you can commit to 2, 3, 4, 5GB @ the additional cost of £7.23 per GB per month.

Standard: iPhone with Mobile worker tariff & 1GB Data is £12.23 per month
Blackberry 500MB data £10 per month
Standard Blackberry with Mobile worker tariff & 500MB Data is £15 per month
