Lab Archives

Lab Archives is an Electronic Notebook solution used by the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (FMD) to collate the work of researchers and postgraduate researchers (PGRs).

How to Request the Service
1. FMD users (excluding BCI and WHRI): All FMD staff and PGRs should have automatically enabled access to Lab Archives using their Queen Mary credentials.
2. BCI users: Any new staff or PGRs joining the Barts Cancer Institute, for technical reasons, will not automatically have access enabled. New staff members in the Barts Cancer Institute who require access to Lab Archives must raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk to request access.
3. WHRI users: Any new staff or PGRs joining WHRI need to follow these steps to create an account.
  3.1. Go to https://uk-mynotebook.labarchives.com/sitesignup?site_code=Vane16
3.2. Fill out the form to create your account. Please use your QMUL email address.

Should FMD staff and PGRs have difficulties accessing the system they are directed to contact their Institutes Research Manager in the first instance for support, who will then escalate the request to IT Services if technical support is required.
