E-appraisal uses the same appraisal process as always, but using a secure online form instead of paper.
Appraisal is about reflection and planning and as such, the e-appraisal form can be used before appraisal meetings, after appraisal meetings and can even be populated and shared with your appraiser throughout the year if needed.
