Staff access

The Network Service provides wired connection with access to the Internet, Intranet and College IT systems, services and applications.

QM's connection to the Internet is provided by JANET. The network service monitors this connection and liaises with JANET staff in the event of any service affecting issues. Access to the Internet is subject to the JANET acceptable use policy.

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Support Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm excluding bank holidays and college closure days
Price: free of charge
