QMUL IT Services uses SolarWinds and Nagios to monitor and maintain the IT infrstructure.
Monitoring systems allows IT Services to control the technology used (hardware, networks and communications, operating systems or applications, among others) in order to analyse their operation and performance, and to detect and alert about possible errors.
