File Storage

Queen Mary offers file storage solutions for students and staff.

All staff and students at Queen Mary University of London have access to OneDrive for Business, MS Teams and SharePoint Online.

Eligible users have access to QM Dropbox solution.

Staff also have onsite access to personal G: and shared J: drives via their Queen Mary device. To access these drives remotely staff use a remote access solution

Users of the service must be current students or staff

Requesting the service

  • OneDrive is available to all current students and staff.
  • Personal G: and Shared J: drive access is assigned to staff during the account creation process, your line manager will specify.
  • Dropbox is available to eligible users.
