SKETCH Manager
(Student Knowledge Exchange Through Community Hubs)

 

 

About the Role
 

The post-holder will provide operational and strategic leadership for the University’s flagship student knowledge exchange programme ‘SKETCH’. SKETCH brings together six important student knowledge exchange projects and is currently comprised of six ‘pillars’, including the QM Legal Advice Centre, qLegal, the Student Consultancy Project, qNomics, QM Social Venture Fund and qTech.  

 

The post-holder will be the professional services lead for SKETCH and provide operational and managerial support for the Project Officers and the portfolio of activities within the programme. The focus of the role will be to work across and outside the university, involving working with external partners and clients and managing diverse stakeholder relationships, contributing to the KEF submission, collecting and analysing performance data and the creation and development of new project activities.

 

About You
 

You will have significant experience of project and change management in managing student focused projects and/or working in a student-facing role, as well as building stakeholder relationships with partner organisations. In addition to your student-facing and externally orientated experience, you will have a good understanding of academic processes and teaching and the stages of the student cycle in higher education.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. The starting salary will be Grade 5, in the range of £42,405 - £49,785 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
