Clinical Trials eCRF Database Developer - QMUL19459

Do you have significant experience of data management and database development and are you looking for a new challenge? Have you worked with electronic data capture systems? Do you have a good knowledge and understanding of data protection and information security?

If so, find out more about the exciting vacancy at the PCTU for a Cliniacl Trials eCRF Database Developer. 

The PCTU is on the hunt for a Clinical Trials eCRF Database Developer to join our expanding team of highly motivated data management and IT staff who support the unit's growing portfolio of clinical trials. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the trial teams that deliver a wide range of clinical trials in important priority areas for the NHS including primary care, women's health and mental health as well as trials related to bowel conditions and surgery.

The post-holder will have a key role in the design, development, validation and support of trial database applications using electronic data capture (EDC) systems. The post-holder will be responsbile for developing relevant documentaton and for training end-users. The post-holder will also offer advice on the current regulatory framework regarding data protection and clinical data management procedures.

The post is a full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 24 months, starting as soon as possible. Starting salary will be in the range £33,615-£39,483 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
