The Parisian Case

Mobility is becoming a key issue in cities around the world. We need to move faster, further and, at the same time, in an environmentally friendly way. New mobility services emerge. Uber, free-floating bikes or scooters : they all appeared one day on the streets of Paris. They satisfy a need but are also deeply disruptive. With the example of Paris, we will discuss the way these new mobility services should/can be regulated.
