*All students on courses split over multiple ceremonies will have a ceremony assigned to them. This will be provided in your invitation to book email from graduation@qmul.ac.uk. Due to space limitations, swapping ceremony times will not be possible.

Grad Fund

Applications for July's Grad Fund will open on 4 April at 12pm and close on 29 April at 12pm. 

Applications will be considered by a panel at the Students' Union and students will be informed of the outcome within 5 working days of applications closing. 

If successful, you will receive a discount code personal to you to use at the point of booking. You will receive this prior to bookings opening. If you are unsuccessful you should follow the booking and payment steps as usual. 

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late applications. While we aim to support as many students as possible, we often receive a high volume of applications and cannot guarantee all applicants will receive funding. If you have any questions about the Grad Fund please email su-representation@qmul.ac.uk.
