Graduation Ceremonies
Graduation ticket booking is CLOSED
Ticket booking for the July Ceremonies closed on 3 June.
If you missed the deadline and wish to attend your ceremony, you should contact the Events Office immediately by calling 020 7882 5895 or 020 7882 3485. A member of the team will then advise you if there is any space in your ceremony. As you are booking after the deadline we cannot guarantee guest tickets are now available, but we will make every effort to accommodate you and your guests if there is space available.
Gown Hire & Photography
You can still book your Gown Hire and your Photographs via the relevant suppliers.
You must wear the correct academic gown, hat and hood in order to graduate at a Queen Mary ceremony. Gowns must be hired from our partner supplier Ede & Ravenscroft by making booking on-line - see Gown Hire for more information.
A high quality photography service is available for all students and guests attending the Graduation Ceremonies provided by Success Photography. You can view the photograph packages available via their website and pre-order in advance to save you time on the day - please see Photos and souvenirs for more information.
Visa Letters
If you have guests travelling from overseas to attend your ceremony, the Events Office can prepare a letter to assist you with a visa application. You must apply for Visa Letters by completing an online form which can be found on this website. They will then be posted or emailed to you within 10 working days, or you can choose to collect them from our offices at Mile End.
