Professor Duncan Matthews receives Honorary Membership of CIPA

Duncan Matthews has been made a lifetime Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) in recognition of his contribution to the patent profession over the past two decades.

The Honorary Membership was conferred on him by CIPA President Matt Dixon during a ceremony held at the Society of Chemical Industry in Belgrave Square, London, on 13 February 2024.

Duncan Matthews is Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London, and is Director of our Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute.
