Professor of Intellectual Property Law, Professor Johanna Gibson appeared on BBC World Service to discuss the IP rights of World Wide XR, reanimating James Dean to use in productions.

Professor Gibson said: “It’s quite complex. As I understand they have consent from the family with respect to any residual images rights and so forth. But a lot of the intellectual property might actually not be owned by the family.”
