Dr Maks Del Mar speaks on legal fictions at Oxford

Dr Maks Del Mar, Reader in Legal Theory and Co-Director of the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (GLSGC) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), spoke at a workshop on ‘Legal Philosophy and Legal Fictions’, held at the Oxford Law Faculty on 11 March. Dr Del Mar commented on a paper by Professor Fred Schauer.
