Ms Shanshan Wang

Profile

Wang Shanshan joined the QUML Confucius Institute as a Chinese teacher in August 2021. 

She served as an English teacher in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2015 to 2021. Her research interests mainly include Teaching Chinese as a Second Language, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Translation and Interpretation. She has won a series of national and provincial awards as a teacher and mentored winning students in a series of national and provincial awards in China. She is the chairperson of six  educational research projects, independent translator of 4 books and associate editor of 3 textbooks.  

She is also a certified translator and interpreter, and works closely with the International Poverty Reduction Centre in China, the National Administration for Rural Revitalization of PRC, the Academy for International Business Officials, the Chinese Science of Education.
