Rail strikes, cost of living and voter satisfaction

Queen Mary’s Politics Professor Tim Bale, spoke to national media about the rail strikes this week, in relation to the wider cost of living crisis across the UK and how this could affect upcoming by-election votes. He said: "The economy is a very important factor in voters’ calculations, plus of course the leaders of particular parties, so I think the government has quite a lot to worry about."
