Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll develop and implement data governance policies, prioritise improvements, and establish automated data quality reporting systems. Your leadership will help drive better decision-making and operational efficiency across the organisation.  In addition to your data governance role, you'll oversee a team managing Statutory Returns to regulatory agencies. Balancing strategic oversight and operational excellence, you'll ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in data processes.

About You

You will have demonstrable experience in data governance and management, with a wealth of knowledge to bring to the table. You will have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing data governance policies, with an understanding of regulations such as GDPR, and an interest managing statutory returns in higher education. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, and be comfortable in working collaboratively with others.  As this role is multi-faceted (covering both data governance and statutory returns) you will be a self-starter who is keen on personal development and learning new things.
