Overview

About the Role

You will be based in Our Mile End Campus and will assist the team ensuring the back of house areas are always clean, and tidy and will have to assist with the setups and clearings complying with the company’s food hygiene procedures and policies. 

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift heavy objects. Additionally, availability to work flexible hours (5 days out of 7) including evenings, weekends, and some holidays is necessary.

 

About You

We are looking for individuals who can support the Hospitality team with the back of house duties (kitchen, waste, recycling, washing up, setups and clearing duties). Ensure the catering premises and equipment are always kept clean and tidy following our daily checklists. Ensure that all rubbish is removed from kitchens and back of house areas. Ensure the garbage areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized and report any waste contamination to the line manager.  Conduct daily checks on assigned areas to establish cleaning and place needs. Assist the Hospitality team with the setup and breakdown of big events around the campuses.
