About the Role

The Student Support team play a key role in supporting the engagement and retention of our Dental students across all years of study. 

They are responsible for day to day enquiry handling for all Dental students. The Student Support Administrator will act as a referral point to provide students with support, guidance, information and impartial advice. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Student Support Team to ensure high quality delivery of administrative and support services to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

The primary goal is to uphold and coordinate student administration systems and processes to enhance the student experience and academic cycle of activities.  You will support the Student Support Manager and Academic lead for Student Support with administration tasks, oversee the shared inbox responding to students and staff in a timely manner and support the running of the Staff Student Liaison Committee, the induction cycle and welcome week.

 
About You


We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Support Administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment at our Dental Institute on Whitechapel Campus. Our Student Support Administrators deliver outstanding support and service to our Dental students being the first and key point of contact for most student enquiries.

Applicants should have a passion and enthusiasm for improving the student experience, have a positive attitude and commitment to improving the inclusivity of our activities and providing an excellent service. The successful candidate will have the ability to use their own initiative and be flexible when faced with a variety of impromptu tasks. Applicants should have excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience in administration, and have the ability to work with a wide range of people from all different backgrounds.
