Admission and E-tickets

• Most events are free and open to anyone, but we normally require you to book a place in advance. If booking is required, you will see a ‘Book Now’ button on the event listing which will direct you to our online booking facility. Your confirmation email will let you know if a ticket is required for the event.
• Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event is due to start.
• A ticket does not always guarantee entry – please check details on the ticket for more information. Once all the seats in a venue are taken, the event is full.
• We strongly advise you to be seated in the venue at least 10 minutes before the event is due to commence. Latecomers will not be admitted once a lecture/event has started.

Parking and Accessibility

Please be advised that no parking for visitors is available at any of our sites.

There are a limited number of parking spaces for Blue Badge holders, but we advise you to check with our Security Team in advance to ensure availability. Please contact the relevant Security Team, depending on which campus you are visiting:
