Thank you for your interest in this ground breaking new study. The study is looking at new ways to help people avoid relapsing back to smoking and we are looking for people who have recently quit to take part.

The study is run by the Health and Lifestyle Research Unit at Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine, Queen Mary University of London.

If you decide to take part, we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire (either online or over the phone) and we will contact you to do 3 follow up surveys at 2 months, 5 months and 11 months.
