Profile

Ellie Stewart is the operational and administrative lead for the Wolfson Institute and works with the Institute Director in the development of the Institute’s strategy.  She manages the administrative support staff, sets the overall direction and line-management of staff and leads on workload management and career development for Institute staff.  Ellie is responsible for the Institute budget, the management of space, and represents the Institute on committees and working groups within the University/Faculty.

Ellie joined QMUL in 2007 to take up a Centre Manager position with Professor Jack Cuzick at the Wolfson Institute.  Ellie has been Wolfson Institute Manager since 2018.  Prior to that she spent 12 years in research administration at Cancer Research UK.
