Profile

I have worked in the diagnostic sector running key molecular pathology services in Molecular Genetics, Virology, Haemaglobinopathy and HaemOncology, providing diagnosis via molecular genetic analysis. This has provided a strong foundation to my knowledge and experience, which has greatly developed over the years. I have a strong interest in the Healthcare system, hence I am always proud to be part of a core team mediating the workflow in the medical pathology sector. 

I am currently working as a Senior Scientific Officer at the Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine at the COVID-19 lab. This has involved working with other core team members in a high throughput diagnostic lab to support the fight against SARS-COV2 using different platforms of diagnostic testing.

Research
