Since our last news update in June our team have been busy working with our service partners to revise capacities within our spaces and introduce additional cleaning regimes to ensure your experience at our campus’ is comfortable and relaxed.

As a permitted venue we have been able to hold meetings for up to 30 people from the 4th July and our team have been working hard to make sure that these are planned in accordance with all of the government’s carefully considered guidelines for distancing.

Our diary continues to remain open and we are looking forward to events in the Autumn when we hope some of the distancing measures may be further relaxed allowing for larger events to take place.  We are actively taking Christmas party enquiries and still have some December dates left! Please do get in touch with the team if you’d like to put a provisional hold on one of them whilst we wait to hear the next phase of easing restrictions.

We have revised capacities in all of our spaces to allow for a 1m plus distance. Roughly speaking this equates to you needing a space that would be around 60% larger than you would usually require. We’ve decided to offer this additional space to you complimentary allowing your delegates to really relax at our venue and allowing your budgets to be managed!

Our catering team have written and tasted new style menus that can be served to comply with the guidelines.  Our delicious Bento Box style lunch options are available as hot or cold dishes ranging from Asian Adventure to Middle East Feast menus!

And lastly, we remain committed to offering as much flexibility as possible during these times.  If your event cannot proceed as planned due to COVID-19 then we have introduced a new postponement clause within our contracts allowing you to move your event to a new date with no administration charges.

If you’ve got an event that you’re considering hosting but not sure how it could look under the current guidelines, get in touch with one of the team today to talk it through:
