QMUL open day campus tour

Campus tours

We will be running regular tours of our Mile End and Whitechapel campuses throughout the day at each site. This will be your chance to see the facilities available at QMUL and take in the wonderful sights. The tour will include a chance to view our state-of-the-art library, Students' Union, gym, historic buildings and more.

Tours for the Mile End campus will be available from the Student Experience Fair based in the Octagon in the Queens' Building. Tours for the Whitechapel campus will be offered from the Barts and The London Students' Association (BLSA) Building. One of our Student Ambassadors will show you around and answer any questions you may have about life as a student at Queen Mary. Please note that the General Campus Tour does not include our accommodation, which can be seen seperately on the Halls of Residence Tour.

The General Tour lasts around 30 minutes and there may be a short wait for a tour at peak times.

Halls of residence tours

MILE END CAMPUS

Halls of residence tours for Mile End will be running all day from the Student Village where you'll have the opportunity to look around the place you might be calling home in a year's time. Tours will take approximately 20 minutes and accommodation staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the opportunity to view from a selection of our 12 show rooms in Beaumont Court and Creed Court including flats, kitchens and rooms (ensuite and non-ensuite).

WHITECHAPEL CAMPUS

The halls of residence tours for the Whitechapel Campus will take place at Floyer House.

The School of Medicine and Dentistry (and some joint programmes with the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences) have their own dedicated halls of residence at the Whitechapel Campus (Floyer House) and the Charterhouse Square Campus (no tours available on the day) and will therefore not be offered the option to be housed at the Mile End Campus.

Virtual tours of our other accommodation options will also be available in the Housing Hub on the day and more information can be found here: http://www.residences.qmul.ac.uk/college/qmaccommodation/mileendug/index.html
