Queen Mary University of London offers a network of student services to ensure that you get the most out of your experience as a student here.
The Student Experience Fair will be open all day in the Octagon in the Queens' building at our Mile End campus, hosted by staff from these services.
In addition, students interested in studying Medicine and Dentistry will also be able to attend the Information Fair at the Whitechapel campus where they will be able to speak to staff from Admissions, Occupational Health, Residences, Students' Union and Student Support.
From finding a part-time job while studying, to securing your dream job after graduation, the Careers Service supports our students and graduates with all aspects of careers information and guidance.

The Advice and Counselling Service offers a range of free and confidential services to help QMUL students in a variety of situations – from financial, practical and legal to personal issues. Queen Mary Students' Union is the voice of QMUL students. The Union ensures that the university and the wider community are listening to what students want and works to improve the student experience. Every QMUL student is automatically a member of the Union and has a say in how it is run through elections and their representatives.
The Union provides a number of student-run activities, like sports clubs, societies, student media and volunteering. The Students’ Union has over 300 diverse student groups to join, and offers the opportunity to develop your interests, gain skills and make new friends. They also run social spaces, a sport and fitness centre, shops, cafes, events, bars and restaurants where you can meet up with friends, take a break or grab something to eat.
Students studying at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry are members of both Barts and The London Students' Association (BLSA) and Queen Mary Students' Union.
BLSA has its own set of representatives, societies and sports clubs, and its own building on the Whitechapel Campus, which is home to The Griff Inn (the BLSA's eatery), multi-faith space, games room, dance studio and the BLSA offices.
